Product Availability
Order handling
All products that can be found on the website of the Azores Bicycle Shop (BA) are available for ordering, except when stock is out. The products available on the BA website have a limited stock and may be unavailable without prior notice.
In the event of a stockout occurring after payment of the order, BA undertakes to contact the customer, by telephone or e-mail, as soon as possible in order to expedite the process with the same.
The order will only be processed after confirmation of the respective payment and the order having all the necessary information for its processing.
Until the order is confirmed with the respective payment, the products contained in it may run out with orders made and meanwhile confirmed by other customers.
Thus, the order request does not imply the reservation of the products included in the order.
If the customer wishes, until the moment of preparation of the items, he can request the cancellation of the order, through the following contact: bicycleriaaz@gmail.com
ciclaria Azores reserves the right not to process orders or refunds in cases of data inconsistency, fraud or customer misconduct, as well as for technical reasons outside BA
Fees and taxes
At ciclaria Azores the prices shown are in Euros, with the applicable VAT and tax rates being applied in accordance with the law in force, which are already included in the price shown.

Delivery Costs
The Customer will be informed of these charges, where applicable, as well as the total price, before confirming his order and completing the purchase process. Our delivery costs are as follows:
Purchases over €50 additional charges for the FREE product transport throughout the country.
Up to 2 kg: €5.95
Up to 5 kg: €10
Up to 10 kg: 20€
