• If you are not satisfied with an item, and as long as it has not been installed or used, you have a period of 14 days, counting  the day you acquire physical possession of the goods to return or exchange your order.  

• Returns or product exchanges are not accepted for more than 14 days after receipt of the order by the customer.  

• It is the customer's responsibility to notify us by e-mail and make the return within the aforementioned period.

• Note that shipping costs and delivery will be borne by the customer. In order for the exchange to be carried out, it is essential that the items to be returned must not be used and must be in the original, undamaged packaging, with all tags attached.

• Price is subject to change without  prior notice, as well as the lack of supply due to unavailability of the product(s). In this case, ciclaria Azores will contact the customer to inform, after which, the customer must decide to accept the new conditions or cancel the order.
